SCOUT REPORT: CHARLTON ATHLETIC’S ALAN MWAMBA The 19-year-old midfielder joined Charlton’s academy at U12 level and signed his first professional contract in July 2024. During the 2023/2024 season, the attacking midfielder played a key role for the U18 side, helping them win the South title. He recently signed a long-term deal on November 3, 2025, and has since made two appearances in the EFL Cup for the Championship club. In September 2024, he made his senior debut for the Addicks in a 2–1 win over Cambridge United in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy.
