Its primary functions are to review, analyze, and revise the annual budget requests that are developed within DOT's Operating Administrations before they are submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Congress. The Office of Budget and Program Performance also reviews and coordinates all the performance-related documents for the agency that must be submitted to OMB.
