On one hand, it’s got a lot going for it. Handsome, British good looks, wood drabbed interior, big burly V12, and rarity with less than 800 produced over its production run. This ‘Racing Green’ JaguarSport Series II example was also one of the rarest XJR variants with only 124 hand-built examples produced. On the other hand, it’s a Jaguar from the early 90s so yeah, reliability might not be Honda like so say the least. As @JordanChasesClassics mentioned, no bumper-to-bumper warranty found here. But, like many classics, there’s a point where some of the headaches transition to lovable quirks. We also think the ‘Brooklands Green’ over tan interior suits this car well and it’s reportedly been well maintained with only 38,000 miles from new. So is the cat finally out of the bag on this XJR-S or...
