The thought of leaving Blasphemi overnight on the back of my ramp truck worried me so I started looking for an enclosed solution. This โ89 GMC Sierra popped up on the internet on Wednesday and on Friday @davidnewbern and I flew to Cincinnati to buy it and drive home. It was advertised as being โmintโ and we were told it was ready for any road trip. It also has just 35,000 miles on the odometer and although it turned out to be anything but road trip ready, I am in love with it. Itโs powered by a 454/TH400, only gets 6mpg without a car inside and left us stranded for 7 hours in the rain yesterday. Weโve fought with rusty fuel tanks, shitty tires and a few other issues but we manage to meet up with peeps at Heavenly Pizza in London Kentucky and we scored the mother load of cassette tapes for the deck in this awesome hauler. We are headed back to Georgia. All it needs now is ...
