They actually delivered on the notion of a 21st century hot rod and came to market with a car that looked nearly identical to the concept. So that’s the good. Unfortunately, underneath a radical exterior was an underpowered Chrysler V6 paired to a 4-speed auto and a budget rate, plastic 90s interior. Taking the good with the bad, we have a hard time deciding what to make of the Prowler.
