It started life as one of only three race oriented, 2.5-litre 4-cylinder twin-overhead camshaft 625 Targa Florio Ferraris. After having its highly own respectable racing career, Mr. Ferrari himself ordered the car to be rebodied after having called the original styling a mistake. That’s where design house Vignale came in - creating the sculpted bodywork we see today.
