Apple WWDC Swift Student Challenge 2022 - Oscar Fridh [Accepted]
I've been selected by Apple as a Swift Student challenge winner for the third time! 🎉🎉 Here's my application this year, I hope you like it! My playground explores and compares the world from the eyes of Oscar, who has normal vision acuity, and Jessica, who is short-sighted. The user can help Jessica choose the right glasses so that she can see as clearly as Oscar. I hope this playground can help bring more understanding and awareness to our many differences, vision acuity being one of them, which in turn could generate more compassion and kindness in the world. The code is available on my GitHub: https://github.com/OscarFridh/WWDC22 Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/oscar-fridh-03279b125/ Best of luck to everyone in the future Swift Student Challenge! #WWDC #SwiftStudentChallenge #WWDC22

"E"motion "P"oint Human emotions are similar to each other but exist abstractly in different meanings. Some emotions fall from the sky like rain, and some emotions erupt from deep inside and some emotions bloom in the heart. However, emotions are trapped in a space called "words" and delivered to others. Therefore, words expressing emotions are convenient in expressing my mind, but it is difficult to explain the subtle difference. In this Gaeun's WWDC, "Happy", "Scared", "Calm", "Bored", "Angry", and "Sad" were peeled and expressed in terms of "hearing" and "visual" elements. I hope that through this app, people can empathize with and refute my expression and express their feelings in other things than words. GitHub : https://github.com/rriver2/WWDC/blob/main/README.md

Have you ever stopped to think about how things happened? What if they were different? Are there other factors that directly influenced this? Well then! GraviNewton will show you the world before gravity was discovered! Where you can find out what happened to Newton and the famous story of the apple. What if Earth's gravity was different? What would you have with him? GraviNewton is an application to help you visualize this, in an educational and dynamic way! For this project I used SwiftUI 👾 in Swift and AVKit language for sound effects. In addition to using Garageband to create the sounds of the game and the PixelArt website to create most of the design of the App.

[Accepted!]WWDC22 Swift Student Challenge Submission - Genetics Lab
The name of my project is Genetics Lab, and the goal is to help people learn the most basic and simple principles of genetics through visual models and hands-on practice. We all learned about genetics in biology class in high school, and because it takes so long to go from planting seeds to harvesting, there are very few experiments on genetics in the classroom. So my project simulates genetic experiments by growing different types of tomatoes and crossing them to observe their offspring traits; and by using SwiftUI animations to visualize the genetic process so that users can understand more clearly how it all happens. There are many tomato varieties built into the app for you to choose from. Through the app, you will learn what kind of tomatoes are produced when you cross a red round tomato with a yellow pear-shaped tomato; and at the end you will have the freedom to practice your own combinations and breed your own tomato varieties. There are 5 chapters in the app. The first two chapters demonstrate the law of segregation in genetics through hands-on and visual animations; chapters 3 and 4 demonstrate the law of independent assortment; and the final chapter incorporates all the previous knowledge and leaves you free to play with it. The entire App is built with the latest version of SwiftUI, using basic Drag & Drop techniques and simple animations.
