@AnaMardoll Had to google Tylenol because apparently it’s only called that in the US and it’s fucking paracetamol. I was given paracetamol when I had some non-serious stuff as a kid, growing pains, a bad cold, things like that. It’s basic meds you have at home just in case like aspirin
