Das Gericht prüfe den Fall nun, hieß es in einer Verfügung. Die Parteien seien aufgefordert, weitere Stellungnahmen einzureichen, hieß es weiter. Trumps Regierung war zuvor rechtlich gegen die Entscheidung des Gerichts für Internationalen Handel in New York vorgegangen.
