Raindrop.io [-- https://app.raindrop.io/ --] allows you to set a folder (collection) image using a JPG URL. Here is how you can do it: In the Raindrop.io web application, right-click on the collection you want to modify in the sidebar. Select "Change icon" from the context menu that appears. In the icon selector window, you will have an option to enter a URL to an image (or upload a file from your computer). Paste your JPG image URL into the designated field. Save the changes. The image from the URL will then be used as the cover for that collection. For more information on managing collections, you can visit the official Raindrop.io Help Center [-- https://help.raindrop.io/collections --].

The Man Who Invented AGI | WIRED
In 1997, Mark Gubrud was obsessed with nanotechnology and its perils. Gubrud can’t ignore the dissonance between his status and that of the lords of AGI. “It’s taking over the world, worth literally trillions of dollars,” he says. “And I am a 66-year-old with a worthless PhD and no name and no money and no job.” But Gubrud does have a legacy. He gave a name to AGI. His definition still stands. And his warnings about its dangers are still worth listening to.
