You can get some decent trades off of this situation Mostly Ps Ks and a handful of specials lead to good trades, it does prevent your opponent from continuing combos and keeps corner. The combo is true besides the command grab into Thrust it is a wake up option that will do more damage however if you are able to input thrust with the enemy having a afro on everything else is true

I'm not an expert, most of the stuff in these videos I struggle to perform online but I have a lot of experience with Faust so I know how hard he is to play. I thought I would try and help out new/struggling players by offering some of the combo's/info I have learned playing Faust. I also want to show off some of the cooler aspects of Faust that you don't see much, stuff I hope will get improved on and be made more viable in the future because Faust is awesome when his stuff works. If you're going to take anything away from this video, it would be: Do lots of low Divekick and look to whiff punish things should they adjust. This dynamic was something I noticed from watching RF's run through Twitch Rivals last week: A low-to-the-ground divekick bolsters Faust's spread of options in neutral. It seems strong. Just by dicking around I found a dirty counter hit technique. It's not perfect, neither am I a professional, but still interesting.
