The thing to be aware of is that 2HS now doesn't push your opponent as much so you don't get as close to the corner, so you have to compensate. ***Season 2 Update*** Half works on Season 2. Because of the changes to how much 2HS pushes our opponent away, things are a bit different. If we do c.S - f.S - 2HS it still works. The f.S pushes our opponent to the right range. c.S - 2HS doesn't push our opponent as far for this to work. However you can simply do IAD - j.S to get a safe jump oki, trivializing the whole process and giving you a better starter if you hit. Might have a proper episode explaining this soon.
