Figuring this out took longer than I thought it would, because Ky is a weirdo. For him, you can simply IAD from round start and follow up with 2S, but it wasn't working for anyone else. I figured out that you have to jump back (7 in numpad notation) before the IAD to get the 2S follow up. All of these are 50% tension, so if you're going to learn one, learn the last one, as it's universal.
