This time it's Kazuya's mist-step. He can't do an i13 PEWGF from this sort of wavedashing idk why. Needs the i14 version.
When he's wavedashing, the after-image looks like his T1 idle stance.
1 frame = 16.6ms
1 CD = 5 frames = 83ms
1000ms / 83ms = 12.04 wavedashes/second
