The increased blockstun from BRC changes timing cuz you land rejump jH hitting at frame 16f instead of jc jH, so 2S is your low alternative hitting at 15f. Tested this with Frame Advance. It appears that jH hits on frame 11 after jS starts it's blockstun, while 2K hits on frame 13.
