While my friends were either at university or working, I was in therapy five days a week from 9am-7pm. And this is something that, now, I am not ashamed of. The more honest I have been about what has been going on for me, the more people have reached out saying that they have had similar experiences. I still attend therapy two days a week and benefit from it hugely.
