This has so much of what I personally feel after starting my own blog and visiting other ppl's!
since leaving social media/Big Tech, starting this blog and joining a few small-web forums, I'm noticing significant changes in my brain and my writing. And it's only been a week. I'm calmer. My attention span is better. I get genuine satisfaction from both my online and offline activities.
