How I came first in my Masters: The Triple Note-Taking system
So this central note / atomic note / higher-level note structure evolved naturally and was a bit of a game changer for me. (Sorry that screen is pretty small at times 😅)

Automating Your Obsidian Workspace
Obsidian is a popular tool for managing notes in Markdown format. It is cross-platform, uses files direct from a file system location, and has some rather useful features, including a range of plugins created by the developers and the wider community. In this post I am going to walk you through how I have used some of the community plugins to give me better control over a feature known as workspaces.

Automatic Obsidian Notes for Every Calendar Event
Hi, I'm Carlo. Today I'm showing you how to create a Shortcuts workflow which …
1. creates an Obsidian note for each calendar event (containing event details)
2. links that note from the calendar event
3. adds links to each generated note to your daily note.
All that's required is Actions for Obsidian (https://obsidian.actions.work), the macOS' Calendar app, and —naturally— Obsidian.

DataviewJS Snippet Showcase
REAL Daily Notes previous/next navigation Sometimes I have large gaps between my Daily Notes, but still like the idea of having a “previous Daily Note / next Daily Note” navigator at the top. Now this doesn’t work without actually traversing the file tree, and what’s better for that than DataviewJS? I’m a little hesitant of putting such an amount of code into every Daily Note, so we might have to wait for common includes. Nevertheless, here is the code for those who wish to play around with it...
