Each interactive concept-builder presents learners with carefully crafted questions that target various aspects of a discrete concept. This Concept Builder focuses student attention on the use of the metric system and the inter-relationship between various metric expressions of quantities. There are three activities and an effort to track learner progress in each activity. Question-specific help is provided for the struggling learner; such help consists of short explanations of how to think about the situation.
