If you want to go further, turn on Advanced Data Protection in iCloud settings. This feature encrypts all notes end to end, meaning that even Apple can't access the contents. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad. Tap your name at the top, then choose iCloud. Select Advanced Data Protection and follow the prompts to turn it on.
