Facebook dumped from S&P ESG Index of socially responsible companies
Facebook will no longer be included in the S&P ESG Index that tracks companies that practice good environmental, social and governance policies.
The indexer said it made the move due to “various privacy concerns, including a lack of transparency as to why Facebook collects and shares certain user information.”
