Volkswagen has unveiled an unprecedented electric concept in the form of a buggy. About 70 years after the launch of the first buggy on California beaches, Volkswagen introduced the Buggy ID concept to demonstrate that these vehicles can still be upgraded and adapted to new modern technologies. In addition, on this occasion, the Volkswagen Group announced that the MEB platform dedicated to electric vehicles could also be used by other manufacturers.

Volkswagen presented two micro mobility concepts at the Geneva Motor Show: the two-wheeled Streetmate e-scooter and the three-wheeled Cityskater. While the first is up to 45 km / h fast, the latter is designed for up to 20 km / h.
