The Operations Control Specialist (OCS) reports to the Operations Control Specialist Supervisor and works out of our Bloomington, MN office. The OCS is responsible to ensure all flights conducted by Life Link III meet established safety protocols and in compliance with FAA regulations. The OCS works in conjunction with Communication Specialists assuring coordination of all aspects of Life Link III transports. The OCS is responsible for communicating with flight crews, pilots in command (PIC), weather service, communication centers, hospitals, fixed-base operators (FBO), and other services.
