I though Chipp was out of a job as a top tier but here I stand in awe at how stable his combo are in Guilty Gear strive. With it's quick whiff recovery on first hit, full-combo counter-hit properties, or the fact that its faster than airdash, you can really get tricky with it. That's a big nerf, but given how ridiculous command grab is now in all matchups, it's not really a big deal.
