This is on PS4. I found this tech(glitch) when I was playing online with a random I-no player. If Faust's opponent picks up an Afro item at the right time as he/she's being hit by Snip Snip Snip, the Afro state will be permanent for that round. There's no way to remove it even with Fire attacks. The Afro's extended hitbox is still active.
