You probably want to frame step through this on YouTube using comma and period to be able to easily read the frame counter (the dummy playback). All the three runs input up, then wait two frames, then input dash. If you look at the counter for the dummy, this means the frame you see the up input is the frame it'll say "2" on the right. And on 5 it'll input the dash. The first run just jumps and dashes. Jump starts on 2 and Ky lands on 51. Note his landing position with his front foot half on white and half on blue on the floor.
