This is honestly a stupid combo because instead of timing the c.S c.S, you can just do c.S 6HS 214P and literally do only 1 less damage than this combo. The combo is meant to keep the opponent in corner rather than do a wall break. If you want a wall break: air grab 22RC c.S jump j.S j.D airdash j.S j.D airdash j.S j.D (delayed) 236 HS
