Bunch of Rulers Forged into Damascus - Japanese Meat Cleaver
Bunch of Rulers Forged into Damascus - Japanese Meat Cleaver
Thanks for giving 20 minutes of your worthy time, I hope you will enjoy this process. On the Public demand I forged a Damascus Cleaver But the challenging part was stainless steel forging with Carbon steel. I used Rulers for making the Billet and most of the rulers belongs to martensitic Stainless steel family which are rich in carbon content but magnetic also. The Core of Cleaver was made of 5160 High carbon steel and the outer layers were ''Rain Drop stainless steel Damascus''. I made this Japanese style cleaver for my own use and it is NOT FOR SALE sadly but very soon I am launching my store so, stay connected to enjoy the beautiful stuff. The handle was made with Japanese style, using hard wood with hexagons texture. The guard was made of 304 grade stainless steel which is very durable against rust attacks and belongs to austenitic family but has low carbon content. #Damascus #forging Visit us on Our Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/random.hands/ Youtube Channel = http://www.youtube.com/randomhands Our Facebook = https://bit.ly/3L17WPj Youtube Subscription: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrI3dm4qgAEV67Jc6797WIA?sub_confirmation=1 Like, Subscribe & SHARE the video also comment your opinions. Making a Christmas Tree Bonsai
Making a Christmas Tree Bonsai
The sight and smell of the Norway Spruce will be familiar to many, being one of the more popular Christmas trees around the world. Spruce often grow with perfectly straight trunks, making them good subjects for formal upright bonsai. Watch as I try to create such a tree, one that is representative of its mature counterpart in the wild, while also maintaining visual interest in its miniature form. I use the knowledge of Spruce's tendency to grow new apices from branches to design and create this bonsai, styled and filmed over the course of two years. I’m truly grateful for the response to the videos I’ve uploaded so far, and I’m working as fast as I can to keep producing them. Thank you for the patience and support. I am of course limited by nature and the seasons (and a bit of perfectionism too) but rest assured there are plenty more on the way. BOOKSTORES: How to Read More Books in the Golden Age of Content
BOOKSTORES: How to Read More Books in the Golden Age of Content
Bookstores have always driven me crazy. So much to read and so little time! And now with our lives chock full of content--Netlflix, podcasts, social media, and the 24 hour news cycle--when the hell are we supposed to find the time to get through a book? This dilemma has haunted me for awhile. So I decided to make a film about it, hoping to find a way through my bookstore anxiety--a way to re-balance my content diet in order to read more books. Making this film brought me to a place of clarity. I hope it does the same for you.
