This research is about so much more than the reason so many people have hideous dental problems after Covid like teeth just dropping straight out. 🔥 🦷 Quick translation of that science-word-salad headline: (deep breath) Covid can mess with the way cells generate energy leading to cell and tissue death and tissue scarring, in this instance in the tissue of your gums that supports and connects them to your teeth.

And that process is discussed here in regards to dental health, but it has implications throughout the body, including lung and heart health and regarding conditions like long covid.
