MRNA vaccines saved hundreds of thousands of lives, but also damaged a small but significant number of people. It is vital that treatments for vaccine injury be researched and developed asap, instead of denial and obfuscation similar to the denial and obfuscation of post-acute Covid organ damage and long covid.

We need alternatives to MRNA. Novavax is a start. Nasal sterilizing vaccines should be prioritized. At very least vaccine injured need alternatives.
