Just like we have a report card to rate a student on academic learning, KIPP schools, with the help of Angela Duckworth, developed a Character Growth Card which is analogous to a Report Card and focusses on Character growth. Please note that Character Growth Card focuses on achievement/performance character only. SoM will expand this concept and will develop a character growth card for all types of character traits and will digitalize the whole process.

The co-founder of KIPP schools has created this course to teach people how to give Character Education effectively.
