The Gita: For Children [Paperback] Roopa Pai
This book is very popular, but the originality of the Gita is lost because of the modern lingo. Originally, Gita is plain, without any masala. This book adds a lot of masala to lure teenagers. By masala, I mean the language that is used is not how spiritual books are written. The language used is as if two teenagers are talking to each other in casual conversation. It does not feel like Gita.
Generally I am okay with re-renderations but here the message of Gita is getting lost.
