The Gita: For Children [Paperback] Roopa Pai
The Gita: For Children [Paperback] Roopa Pai
This book is very popular, but the originality of the Gita is lost because of the modern lingo. Originally, Gita is plain, without any masala. This book adds a lot of masala to lure teenagers. By masala, I mean the language that is used is not how spiritual books are written. The language used is as if two teenagers are talking to each other in casual conversation. It does not feel like Gita. Generally I am okay with re-renderations but here the message of Gita is getting lost.

Buddhi Bear
Buddhi Bear
The book is on the concept of Buddhi and Manas, that comes from Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Print is okish. The story is not interesting. So far, I have found that other children's books by Chinmaya Mission are also not interesting. Therefore, I do not recommend them. Perhaps, I need to read them again to understand their goodness.

Nelson Mandela - Little People BIG DREAMS
Book's Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWmLPxE_Ako This book has good graphics and a good outlook but the storytelling is very dull. It does not inspire. Another book by the same publisher (on Hellen Keller) seems to follow a similar pattern. Therefore, I have a bad impression of "Little People BIG DREAMS" publisher.
