Very Good

I have reviewed many children's books on the Bhagavad Gita. Generally, they are not good enough, but this one is good. However, it is primarily intended for teenagers and young adults. Children below teenage may not be able to understand it. Gita by Amar Chitra Katha is also fine, but this one is better and more descriptive. Most likely, it is not available in Hindi.

It is a thin but good book on the relationship between father and child. This one seems a bit old print but the content is good and has illustrations. Print quality and illustrations are average. It is super expensive in India. Seeing the quality, it should not be more than Rs 100 or at max Rs 200. "I'm glad I'm your dad when you give me a smile -- or when we build with blocks for a long, long while." Ages: 2-6 years

A very colorful, vibrant, and illustrative book about nature and joy. This is one of the most pleasant, colorful, and joyful books I’ve seen. It’s about a child who plants a seed with the help of their Grandma. Over time, the seed grows into a small plant, which eventually becomes a big, vibrant sunflower! Soon, everyone in the neighborhood starts seeing sunflowers growing in their homes. The sunflowers spread, and the whole area is filled with sunflowers and happiness! A very Beautifully Illustrated book on teaching a child about different types of people - whites and blacks, different nations, different religions, different sexes, different languages, different ways of clothing, different cultures, etc. This teaches children to appreciate others instead of finding faults with them.

Even though this book is written by The Dalai Lama, it is not a spiritual book. It is a very positive book about Joy, Positivity, Happiness, and Friendship. With colorful and beautiful illustrations, it fills the reader with Joy. The book is co-authored by The Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu. The Archbishop, a Nobel Peace Prize winner, was a close Friend of The Dalai Lama. The story begins with them as children in their own countries—one in Tibet and the other in Africa. They lived simple, somewhat dull lives until they discovered Joy. Once they found Joy, their lives became colorful. They grew Happier and spread Joy everywhere they went. .

This is a good book about Hellen Keller. Hellen Keller became deaf and blind at the young age of 1.5 years. She is world-famous because of how she coped with her challenges, fought through difficult circumstances, and became an inspiring figure despite her disabilities. When she was a few years old, her parents found a teacher for her who was specially trained in teaching people with such conditions. That teacher taught her everything, from the smallest tasks, like eating food, to the biggest, like giving speeches. After an education at both specialist and mainstream schools, Keller attended Radcliffe College at Harvard University and became the first deafblind person in the United States to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree. This book on Sri Hanuman narrates his courageous exploits, his dedicated service to Sri Rama and zeal in chanting of Rama nama incessantly. A special feature of this book is the extensive coverage of Sundarakandam, an important portion of Ramayana. This book illustrated with many pictures and drawings on Hanuman attracts millennial kids and young readers. This book is more appropriate for Indians than non-Indians because of its strong connection with Indian mythology.
