roughly TWO Thai workers die every month on Israel’s farms. Do you understand how high of a mortality rate that is for such a small population of workers? 17 hr days with no days off are normalised. In a hardly regulated industry. this is modern slavery.

Novara Media on Instagram: "On last night’s #NovaraLive, #MichaelWalker and #AshSarkar react to Israeli spokesperson David Mencer saying Hamas is winning the ‘PR battle.’ “When he talks about it as a PR battle, it interjects this note of doubt and cynicism and scepticism whenever the viewer or another journalist is looking at footage which is coming out of Gaza. Every microsecond of scepticism, that’s something which benefits Israel.”"

WOC Rants on Instagram: "So worth a watch. Gave me a laugh. "They just went back to Ancient Rome" LMAO The audacity of comparing any venture in “Israel” to communism. You are literally funded by the biggest capitalist nation in the world. But it also points to how they are tailor their hasbara to different communities/nations states and also to how fragile it is when you actually question it. The other thing this raised for me is the lack of critical thinking and media literacy in this country. Because yes our media and politicians are spinning propaganda and manufacturing consent, but it wouldn't be so easy to do that if we had a population armed with critical thinking skills. As is mentioned, Gao Xiasong wasn't even TRYING to poke holes. All he was doing was thinking through what he was being told and asking questions. That's all we need to do as well to see through their bs. But to do that you need to have been taught to question and thinking critically. In an imaginary world whe...

This is the best explanation for why there is a surge of Israeli tourists in Japan harassing pro-Palestinian protestors. Israelis, like the West, have been fed this false notion of the meek depoliticized Japanese. The sight of the 🇵🇸 flag/chants destroys Israeli tourist illusions

This FT article usefully lays out the various ways in which the Israeli economy is being majorly negatively impacted by the war in a way that looks unsustainable. Israel increasingly looks like a rapidly failing settler colonial venture. https://www.ft.com/content/77d7ff6b-85f7-40ba-babe-ed82a3e8208f — Louis Allday (@Louis_Allday)

Israel works on changing policy & influencing politicians, because their hasbara efforts for wider public has failed so miserably. This explains the abyssal chasm between popular opposition to Israeli genocide and lusty whole-hearted establishment support for genocide.
