Mohamed Samir
Mohamed Samir is a multidisciplinary designer whose career began as an Engineer and a freelance designer before becoming head of design for a local startup in Egypt. In 2014, he relocated to Dubai, where he was appointed Senior Designer at BBDO, before moving to the Netherlands to work with Fabrique. Recently he worked with teams in both Singapore and London - where he is currently based. He has been recognized by several national and international awards varies between branding, typography, poster and print design, notably a D&AD Pencil, two Cannes Lions, two gold Pencils at “The One Show Awards” in the U.S. and six prizes at Lynx Awards. His work has been profiled in publications like Adobe, DesignWeek, Typeroom, Underconsideration, AIGA, IDI, Fubiz, Design Crowd and others. Mohamed’s clients ranged from start-ups to multinational companies, and include collaborations with Nike - on the branding of their world’s largest store in Dubai - as well as Porsche, Fast Company, Canadian Post, Bain&Company, Visa and others.
