Recipes ּbr /Protein Banana Bread
200g very ripe banana (about 2 medium)
9 tbsp unflavored complement protein powder (https://bit.ly/3Uvtgj7)
1 cup white flour (can sub gf flour)
1 cup plant milk (I used soy)
1 tsp baking powder & baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp coconut oil (can replace with plant milk but will make a much denser bread)
3 tbsp maple syrup
5 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350f
In a blender, blend banana, milk, maple syrup, vanilla and coconut oil until smooth. Pour into a large mixing bowl and add in the dry ingredients ( protein powder, flour, salt, baking powder & salt ) Mix well. Add in the chocolate chips reserving 1-2 tbsp to sprinkle on top.
Pour into an 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 loaf pan and bake 40-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clear. Cut and enjoy.
