Looks like we're back again with HC stealth nerfs. This time, the Steady Aim reticle takes 8fr longer to fully charge on cursed opponents (12fr otherwise), but only when done in neutral, not when the opponent's in hitsun/blockstun. Basically you can hide one of your 214s for super focus with steady aim (while getting a shot also) which will then lead into a combo with full concentration. I tried to do said combo but I am not that good.

after the super, you have time to reload 2 and 3 bullets in each of the two clean/fully charged steady aim shots - i just messed it up and dont feel like recording it again. after those two shots, just loop back around to the beginning of the video and repeat the process for a fun and fair blockstring.
