things i think I know about Shock State:
- Applied via Stun Edge (236S/H/[H]), Dire Eclat (214S), & Sacred Edge (236236P)
- Some specials gain increased chip damage
- Foudre Arc (214K) and Vapor Thrust (623S/H) both are "slightly more positive" against enemies in SS and meterless extensions become possible
- FA becomes linkable into a few of the faster moves, depending on distance
- VT becomes linkable into an H button or two
