#GGST_IN HD instant jS>jD just doesn't work on IBFD. Instant jK>jD works midscreen, but not in the corner and is a bigger gap. #GGST_IN It can be very hard to get a throw after an FDd HD normal. If it doesn't hit super high the only option to get a throw or megalo is to do jK/jP>airdash>land throw which is pretty slow. j.S j.D on hit mixup option
j.S j.D on hit mixup option
j.D puts the opponent into a floating juggle state which allows for true blockstrings off of j.D hits as demoed here. There are other combo routes off of j.s j.d especially when near the corner but this represents a few options that work midscreen. I wanted to highlight that the opponent cannot reversal for either the high or low option presented here.
