Reminder that this does 15 chip dmg on block.
They will add:
Less Heat consumption
True Chip dmg to the first hit
More damage for the second hit
More plus frames and closer on block
you can not fuzzy this because it has 10 active frames you have to commit to ducking.

Wait... i just realised the maximum scaling you can get without using heat burst and such is 24%(at the wall). so why does Kazuyas heavens door doesnt follow that rule and goes to 12%. that doesnt make sense at all even with the new rule.
