Generally it's any buttons into:

Or instead of cS fSSS you can do things like 5K 2S 5H depending on blood level (since 5H speeds up at faster blood levels)

And there's a setting in training called hp regeneration under "training settings" > "gauge settings" > "hp regeneration"
Make sure that's on "normal"
Then when it triggers you'll see it
