No reason to do this over the Bomber Loop PRCs unless you don't have execution

Same issues as the last one. The meter usage is kind of weird for this setup imo

I tried to lab this out. There's enough time to react from the BRC to the first attack so the meter spent doesn't feel worth it but the concept is solid.

Need to check PRC s and why this combo seems to be incosistent

Need to see what else I can do here with PRC instead
