This video is to help users enhance graphics quality in Tekken 8. People with low level PC can also use this video to improve framerates. You can't control what your opponent does, but you can definitely control your positioning when dealing with pressure. Often times, moving to open-field is the best way to mitigate risk, especially in Tekken 7 where everything is a CH launcher or you'll get hit to the wall just by looking at your opponent funny. When in doubt, get the F off the wall. Predicting what your opponent wants to do is a major part of fighting games, but seeing the path to victory comes with experience and keeping a level head. Stay calm, play to your outs, and try your best not to throw the match away, even when it appears all hope is lost. Bad inputs are going to happen, but you should try your best effort to not make the same mistake twice in a row. Likewise, if your opponent shows you an obvious option, do your best to max punish their brain fart (mistake). Not defaulting to a bad idea will pay dividends in the long run. Picking up on a subtle panicking is often the difference between winning and losing. When you notice your opponent begins to freak out, that's when you need to bait out retaliation. Show them one thing, then simply backdash and wait for the mistake. Devil Jin's Heaven's Door (CD+1~U/F) grants consistent oki and frame data, post Attack Throw animation. Learning your best options *ahead* of time will make you naturally stronger. There's enough chaos in Tekken. So, reducing variability, whenever possible, is a godsend. The nice thing with knockdown is that the follow-up okizeme is almost always 100% consistent. Like Attack Throws, you need to know your best options AHEAD OF TIME to maintain control of (possibly) chaotic situations. Lastly, don't walk into the wall, when it's not necessary. Why should you be afraid of a 50/50? It's part of the game and despite what people might think, very few 50/50s are actually "scary". Exploit opponent character's weaknesses to strategize an effective offense and at the same time, don't be afraid to just hold back. Are +Frames better than KND?: Not even counting Wall Splat (W!), it's typically better to Knockdown (KND) your opponent simply because it drastically lowers the options available to them. The less your opponent can do, the easier they are to predict. Too many will pop their S! to cause a Balcony Break or if they didn't, they'll just forget that they can still use their S! option post-Balcony Break. While maximizing punishment is important, making sure you don't perform the *wrong* punish can be even more crucial. Bait out your opponent's tendencies to put them in a situation that they might not be immediately comfortable with, then destroy them for making a simple mistake.
