Throws can come at a lot of places in -K- 66 cS pressure and they all lead to wallbreak. #GGST #GGST_ZA pic.twitter.com/foLpDRx5Gh— Mark Kirollos (@Mark_FGC) July 24, 2021
I was watching GG Duel Online where Gobou had won the tourney (Congratulations to @smerinthinae!) and he did a sick conversion with -s-(1) which got me labbing the scenario, while labbing I realised how bad 236s is as a AA and how better 214hs -s- is and backdashing #GGST_ZA pic.twitter.com/0mQMeIfMwy— Mellow_RAGE (@Mellow_RAGE_) July 24, 2021
236s as a AA even at a FJ midscreen is also super inconsistent the reason y is cause how far back zato spawns eddie -s- which makes -s-(2) drop frequently the only time i can see -s-(2) hit from 236s without prc is in the corner or if they air dash towards it with the momentum pic.twitter.com/8wROOg6hZw— Mellow_RAGE (@Mellow_RAGE_) July 24, 2021
-K- 66 cS midscreen pressure guide! If you don't want to play rock, paper, scissors w/ the -P- gap, you can front-load a gap w/ -K- where a frametrap would normally be. This lets you plug your next -P- gap and safely threaten multiple layers of mix into wall break. #GGST #GGST_ZA pic.twitter.com/xZmPkQ6BnS— Mark Kirollos (@Mark_FGC) July 23, 2021
Punishes vs YRC. The 1st route is just for fun. The safe jumps with j.K are very consistent thankfully #GGST_ZA pic.twitter.com/IYyumggoIH— Whateverdude151 (@whateverdude151) July 23, 2021
Round start CH 2D combo. Refreshes eddie and gives wall break. Can unsummon after 2HS for corner pressure instead #GGST_ZA pic.twitter.com/hW77Ma0joo— MWM| Macho (@FGCMacho) July 23, 2021

#GGST_ZA left-right mixup idea from 2D knockdown. You get other side by immediately jumping after 214H, and same side by delaying the jump slightly. It does not seem to work if 2D hits from too far away however, so not sure it is very practical. Maybe it can be improved? pic.twitter.com/3vcPVDSHjH— Kushi (@_kushi_chan) July 23, 2021
i'm finally reaching for some really technical stuff with my zato butuuuh yeah sorry Chipp you have to pay for it#GGST_ZA pic.twitter.com/r4a9VrjFgj— .myri seizes the truth (@imaginarysong) July 22, 2021
Some ToD routes with Zato-1 in Guilty Gear Strive. Damage scaling in GGST is affected by each characters preset GUTS level, and the current R.I.S.C meter value which increases as you block attacks. As only Potemkin has a higher GUTS rating, Zato can ToD everyone in the cast since he can ToD Nagoriyuki. While it's very circumstantial to have your opponent at 100 R.I.S.C, these ToD routes are still useful for the majority of the cast, especially Chipp, Milia, and other characters with a GUTS rating her than 1.00

I think I understand the basics of the recently invented "Exhaustion" loop. I plink S to K, jump cancel, immediate airdash down + RC then quickly unsummon, far easier with a dash and RC button set. #GGST #GGST_ZA pic.twitter.com/BSNzIV7em7— Narath (@Narath_FGC) July 22, 2021
