Digital Burnout is a collaborative mindfulness project created by five motion designers to explore the emotional and mental exhaustion caused by our digitally consumed lives. Set in six familiar locations the bedroom, dining table, bathroom, subway, gym, and traffic the project visualizes how screens silently intrude into our daily rituals. Each animated scene depicts a truth: Our bodies are present, but our attention is elsewhere. This project invites viewers to pause and reflect.
