In this workshop, we will be stirring things up a bit with Chocolate Printing.Chocolate printing has slowly gained momentum since the advent of 3D printing technology into the marketplace. Come and discover how are their chemistry can affect printability and how you can use these activities to implement food science in your classroom. This is event is for educators and administrators only. Brief Agenda 4:15 pm  Sign in & Refreshments 4:30 pm  Workshop begins History of Bioprinting Introduction of r3bEL the classroom bioprinter Basics of Bioprinting Chocolate and food science Hands-on practical Bioethics and career options discussion 6.15 pm Wrap up The workshop will cover basic concepts of 3D bioprinting, a hands-on practical with our classroom 3D bioprinter (r3bEL) and how you can have fun printing chocolate while teaching food science in the classroom.
