Personally I don't really use this anymore* but this is the best pomodoro timer I've found if you want to try this technique
*I prefer Pandan's more passive approach cause it gently nudges you that you've been on the computer every 20 mins)

Best password manager and storage for other important numbers/records. They also have good enterprise features for company use

I use 1Password instead of this because it's a lot nicer and easier to use, but this is the next best thing as a free alternative
