Starts really strong, and I can only imagine the ignorant hatred minorities have to endure on a daily basis, but casts too large of a net when trying to find A "cause" as appropriation. Where is the line drawn with appropriation - only with corporations that make money? Otherwise, is it appropriation to have a TaeKwonDo studio that only has white students and a white sensei?

It's the cumulative effect of everything: this, gerrymandering, money in politics, etc. that becomes too much. Any one could be overcome. And the filibuster might actually serve purpose if everthing else wasn't completely (and seeminly irrevocably) broken.
