Chipp can combo off his super by roman canceling either SUPER early in the final hit, or on the ground. I have found it easier and more consistent to use in the air. Also, because Chipp's super will ALWAYS go center stage and land with him to the right side, this combo can be done anytime anywhere. Do note that if timing is slightly late, the character will not drop left, but instead drop to the right. I think this is the most optimal 50 meter route, please share if I can do something better. Tested and works on Pot for 182 and Millia for 226, so I believe it's universal.
