When you're playing with people with actual hands, and minimal reactions, chipp crossups are not a really good tool, they're easy to react( an exception may be alpha blade K on waking up enemy), but if you tiger knee alpha blade K you remain in the same side, adding another layer to mind games. People doesnt fall for alpha blade P 80% of the times when they're good. TIP: For those who dont know how to Tiger knee, just include jump before pressing attack buton. EX: 2369K

On startup, 5H can't be hit on the front half of Chipp's arms so it can challenge/threaten at medium and far ranges with easy conversions.
